Our Leader-In-Training Program is a great opportunity for those campers ready to grow leadership skills, and even further develop skills in sports they’re passionate about! The LITs help assist counselors in the morning in our Intro to Watersports, Marine Science, Wakeboarding, Surfing, Kayaking, and Stand Up Paddleboarding camps. In the afternoon, they are able to stay with the same group, or assist with a different activity every day! LITs create lifelong memorable experiences with both campers, and fellow LITs!

Our Sailing Qualified Leader-In-Training program is perfect for the passionate sailor! For the campers that have completed Basic and Adventure Sailing that are ready to take their sailing to the next level, our sailing qualified LITs are able to develop their leadership skills by helping assist our Sail Instructors with Basic Sailing, Adventure Sailing, or Hobie Cat Sailing in the mornings, and take campers out for sail rides in the afternoons. This is a perfect option for the LITs that can’t get enough time out on the water in a sailboat.
